Privacy policy
TL;DR: We collect only what's needed to pass your charter enquiry to our partner brokerage and to understand how the site is used. We don't sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you type into the form: name, email, phone (optional), destination, dates, number of guests, budget range, and notes.
- Email subscription if you request the Charter Cost Brief: your first name and email, used to send the brief and occasional charter guides. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Usage data through Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you arrived. Analytics cookies are set only as allowed by your cookie choices.
- Referral tracking: our partner brokerage may set a cookie so that a booking can be credited to Vessel Vista. See our affiliate disclosure.
How it's used and shared
- Enquiry details are sent to our partner brokerage so they can respond to you. From that point, the brokerage's own privacy policy also applies.
- We store enquiries in a secure spreadsheet to follow up and to keep records of referrals.
- We use service providers (website hosting, form processing, email, analytics) that handle data on our behalf.
- We don't sell or rent personal information.
Your choices

Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to track a referral through to charter completion and commission payment, then deleted or anonymized.
