Guides, prices, and itineraries are for general information. They're indicative, change with yacht, season, and market, and aren't an offer. The only binding terms for a charter are those in the charter contract you sign with the brokerage.
No broker relationship with us
Vessel Vista isn't a party to any charter contract. Availability, pricing, payments, cancellations, and the charter itself are between you, the brokerage, and the yacht.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Vessel Vista isn't liable for decisions made on the basis of information on this site, or for the acts of brokerages, yacht owners, or crews.
